I went a little nuts with this character.

I had this look for a beta character I made which I friggin' loved. But I was having difficulty matching the look with a specific character. Then, in a moment of inspiration, it came to me... This character is transgender. She's a Glamazon.

Once I had the theme down, I had to come up with a name. In keeping with my recent tradition of naming my characters after songs, I set out trying to find the perfect LGTBQ song to match the character. Unfortunately, not a lot of them have titles that translate well into character names...

Then I encountered Hot Couture by Manila Luzon, which was a pretty awesome song and had a great title that would work well as this character's name. So that's what I named her.
