Betsy Singer
Betsy isn't a real character. She may be someday, but for now, she's not. Her entire existence is dedicated to farming Black Lion Chest Keys. Basically, I do this with her. They recently gimped the key farming a bit by preventing you from doing it more than once per week. If they gimp it further in the future then I will very likely just take this character and level up another job (Elementalist or Thief).
